Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED THERE IS A 60 MINUTE WINDOW OF WHEN CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO AN ORDER. ALL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO SUPPORT@HAUTESHORE.COM
ALL MONOGRAM SALES FINAL- LEAD TIME 4 WEEKS
All custom items are non-refundable. If there is manufacturers defect, we are happy to correct the issue at no cost to you. The purchaser is required to notify Haute Shore within 14 days that they plan to return or exchange an item- this is known as initiating a return. If an item is removed from its original packaging it must be returned back within 21 days to qualify for a refund after it meets our refund standards. Items eligible for returns must be unworn and in resalable condition with tags attached. If items are returned where they are folded, crumpled or compromised making them unsalable a refund will not be issued. The purchaser is responsible to pay return shipping. There is a standard deduction of $9 for using a pre-paid label. Please ensure that the items are packed as they were received.
If you choose to use your own label, shipping will not be deducted from your return, however tracking must be emailed to customerservice.hauteshore@gmail.com Without tracking and proof of initiating your return, your return will not be processed.
To initiate a return please follow the direct link on our website to "Initiate A Return". We are not responsible for refunding items purchased at venues other than our online store. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt via email. Packages must be received back within 21 days of label being sent. Allow 10-14 business days to process the return once it reaches our warehouse. Please email customerservice.hauteshore@gmail.com for any questions on returns.
At the moment, we are only doing even exchanges at this time. We are not doing exchanges that are for items of a different value. We ask that you return your item and repurchase another item as two separate transactions. Only gifts will qualify for an exchange which must be done within 21 days of the gift receipt.
Final sale items may not be returned, exchanged or receive price adjustments at any time. If a final sale item is defective, we will repair or replace the item. All sale merchandise marked final sale is final sale and not eligible for a return.
Orders containing free items with purchase must be returned with free item in order to receive a full refund. Orders returned without the free item are subject to a store credit.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of ship date from your purchase on full price merchandise only. All sale merchandise is marked FINAL SALE and does not qualify for a price adjustment.
Gift Card Events
If an order is return which earned a gift card, and the gift card has been used, the gift card will be deducted from the refund owed. If an item from an order is returned which made the order earn a gift card, and the gift card has not been used, the gift card will be deleted from our system and will be unable to be used.
